Cluster Group – same resources?

Is it possible to configure two different groups that share one common disk resources? Example:
Group one contain Share_name_one, Ip address_one and disk_one
Group two contain Share_name_two, Ip_address_two and disk_one (same disk) Please advise

No it is not possible. But you can add multiple network names and IPs in the same group and connect them to same disk. Note that if any of the resoruces fail it will fail the entire group unless you have configured it not to.
