Clustering with 2 nodes & replica in 3rd issue

We need to build a cluster group such that the clustered node in one geographical place and the replicated stand by in other geographical place
It should be a two nodes cluster without a SAN(other storage area) and replica of cluster should go to a stand by system manual failover
for cluster two dell servers each with 2 disk(18+73)
If even a minor disturbance came(say network is down for 1 min) in node one the load should be taken by second node such that during the updation of data in node one if something happen the changes should be reflected insecond node
Is there is some concept like distributed clustering.Please suggest how to achive this
