Conceptual doubt – AWE Clustering

It is a two-node cluster with 8 GB RAM on each server. (SQL 2000 EE on Win 2000 Sp4) Let’s say the allocation is : Node A – 4.5 GB, Node B – 2.5 GB, Windows is left with 1 GB Now, during normal times when the nodes are on their own servers Will Windows use the full remnant 3.5 GB in Node A and 5.5 GB in Node B ? OR It is still restricted to 1 GB.. Thankss Thanks,

Yes it should and you can get more information by using SYSMON(PERFMON) to know the resource usage. Satya SKJ
