Data Type Conversion Problem
Hii am using dts service to import data from excel sheet to the db table.
but it gives conversion prob like
Source is using DBType_R8 and desination DBType_NUMERIC :conversion not possible
please help.

Excel is about the worst sort of data source – by definition, everything is free-text. Sometimes, if you’re lucky, someone has been very careful. But they don’t always have the same default formats that you might be expecting. So take a close look at what data you’re receiving.
