Default Sql Server database not seen after Failove

I am running Sql Server 2000(Enterprise Edition) in clustered environment with Sp3A.When we do the failover i cannot see the default database like MODEL,MSDB and MASTER in the Enterprise Manager. All the Suggestion are highly Appreciated.
May be you haven’t set the EM setting to show system databases as follows:

Open Enterprise Manager. Right click on your server name and choose ‘Edit SQL Server Registration properties…’ from the popup menu. This presents the ‘Registered SQL Server Properties’ dialog box. In the bottom half of this dialog box, there is a check box against ‘Show system databases and system objects’. Check it to show system databases/tables or uncheck it to hide system databases/tables. Thanks for your suggestion but the checkbox for the ‘Show system databases and System Objects’ is selected.
check if the disk resources that are having these system databases are on SAN and the resources are having enough permissions to come online when failover is hapenning. Thanks N’ Regards
