detach db on primary will affect log shipping?

Log shipping is now configured. If the primary server is detached and attached again, will it affect the log shipping maintenance plan

Yes in order to enable the log shipping you must perform the role reversal or continue by restoring full backup from primary to secondary. Satya SKJ
