Detail band collapsed by default (not expanded)

I have a detail band that I’d like collapsed on default, and if the user wants to see the data, they can use the toggle field to show the data. I do have a toggle field, but don’t want to require the user to collapse all those group instances. Looks like by default the detail band is expanded, but I’d like it to show by default as collapsed.
