DTS Oracle 9i to SQL server 2000

I am getting error when I use DTS from Oracle 9i to Sql server 2000.
Error message: It can not login to oracel?
I know username and password is correct but it can’t login. Also I am new to this so, can you explain me what tools do I need to install on my workstation if any.. or on server.
You may need to install the oracle client drivers on your workstation or server also configure the DSN in the ODBC administrator.
