DTS Package

I am running a DTS Package, which basically sends the e-mails to recipients when ever executed, however while executing the DTS Package I am facing the following error:
"CreateProcessTask ‘DTSTask_DTSCreateProcessTask_1’: Process returned code 1, which does not match the specified SuccessReturnCode of 0."
Can some one please provide some information on when does such an error pop-up please. Thanks, Vasu.

Check the DTS package log for more information on this issue.
Ensure SQLAgent has required privileges to send email and check SQLmail profile also whether its sending emails or not. Satya SKJ
