Exchange Report Pack

I am trying to deploy the Exchange Report Pack (Sample Database) and I cannot seem to get my SQl Server Data Source connection to work An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted) Get Online Help
Cannot create a connection to data source ‘SSW Exchange Reporter’. (rsErrorOpeningConnection) Get Online Help
SQL Server does not exist or access denied. ANy ideas? My webserver is on one box (with out CRM application) and the SQL Server Backend and Reporting Services are on another server………..
