Executing DTS Packages remotely

Good afternoon- I have created a couple of command line DTS executes ( From the DTSUI utility). I am trying to allow a user to execute these packages on demand via a batch file. I am finding that without the client tools installed on the user’s machine, I cannot get the dts packages to execute. Is there a better way to accomplish this using the built in funcitonality of SQL(i.e no Application development)? Thanks!
