Exporting SSRS 2000 reports w/ Netscape v8.1

Has anyone had any luck with exporting to .xls or .pdf w/ Netscape v8.1? I have some MAC users, and they need to export some reports. The reports come up fine for viewing, but exporting keeps prompting me for the username/password. If I do this and let the Manager handle it, I still get prompted to view the report. So, I enter the username and password, along with checking to allow the Passcard manager to handle everything. If I press "OK", I’m still prompted. I just click "Cancel" and then I view the report. I try the same thing with exporting, but it’s like it’s stuck in a loop and I always get the prompt, and nothing past that.
