12 memory pages/sec spikes per day?

Hello!<br /><br />When I run perfmon with an update of 900 seconds, wich then lasts for 1 day and 1 hour. I will get 12 spikes. One every other hour of the pages/sec.<br /><br />I have scripts that runs every hour, but not every other hour. Anyone have an idea of what SQL-Server could be doing?<br /><br /><img src=’http://217.73.102.193/perfmon.gif’ border=’0′ /><br /><br />During 25 hours the pages/sec will have this statistics<br /><br />Avg: 62<br />Max: 4556
Impossible to say just from this info you give us Run SQL Profiler and see what acitivty is occurring
Ok. I just thought this was some "normal" stuff, but ok, I will go for profiler.

Scale 1 (for pages/sec)
I could not find anything that should cause the pages/sec spike with profiler. Any suggestions of how I should move on?
Are there any other apps on that machine running alongside sql server ? Are there any jobs running once an hour? Log shipping?
Nope, no other apps. But I found it. I missed by mistake that fulltext incremental build were running every other hour. Thank you!
