Can I have the following, and what do I need to do to make it happen? SQL 2000 Std. (SP3a) PublisherSQL 2000 Std. (SP4) Distributor
SQL 2005 Std. Subscriber [?] Basically, I’d like to add the SQL2005 as a subscriber to an existing publication. Thanks!
Yes you can do this. But you will not be able to add a push subscription from the distributor or publisher using Enterprise Manager. You can however create a push or pull subscription from the 2005 Subscriber using Managemnet Studio. To do this right click the Replication branch of the required database. I have a similar setup working without any problems currently. Simon
