/3GB switch for windows 2003 Ent

The only articles that I have found relating to AWE are for windows 2000. They all state that the "/3GB /PAE" switches are needed for 8GB of RAM, so SQL Ent. can maximize the available memory. Is this the same for windows 2003 Ent.? Thanks Daniel Reber

Thanks for the reply but I didn’t get a clear answer from the thread. We use your article: http://www.sql-server-performance.com/awe_memory.asp for our clients with RAM > 2GB and SQL Server EE. Can that article be updated to reflect Windows 2003? Thanks Daniel Reber
