A DTS Package to archive data from one sql server

Hello… I am very new to SQL server. I have no idea as how to create a DTS package in SQL server.
Now I need to create a DTS package to archive database and some tables in one database from one server to another. Could anyone please explain the steps to create the DTS Package to archive a database from one server to another. Any of your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
