Attaching .mdf/.ldf

Hi All: One of my client has copy+pasted .mdf & .ldf from one machine to another machine and attached it over there. I dont want to allow him to do that. Is there any way out ? Thanks in advance.
Why do you want to restrict this? —

Bcoz i dont want him to know the Database Structure…
I don’t understand. He should be able to see the structure on either machine. —

You can protect your code, no structure. More if is your client.

Okey, let me explain this way… We have deployed an application ( vb/sql ) to one of my client. He dont know the login UserName/PWD so he is not able to connect to the database. But what he has done is, copy+pasted .mdf/.ldf from one machine to another SQL server machine and attached it. Now he can open the database there and able to see the database structure and thats my company dont want.
Well, if you have a legal contract that forbids your client seeing (not changing!) the structure, and you can prove he’s violating this agreement, sue him. —

First time I see that.
Is an open database not for change but not for seeing? Agree with Frank if you have a legal contract…… Luis Martin
