BackUp and Restore Access Database.

Hi Frnds, I need to backup and restore the Access (MDB) Database. now i am using FileCopy method for this.. FileCopy source,Destination. in VB But it is not working fine in all time. So how to backup and restore the Database file from VB

Access , SQL Server databases or some mix?

i cant get the clear cut idea about the backup and restore Access Database from the specified link
