Backup can not be performed on database

When I opened the job history for my backup maint plan ..i saw the following error
"Backup can not be performed on database ‘account’. This sub task is ignored.".
I am not getting whats wrong with this db.Pls help
How about normal backup using QA or EM?.
It works?
If yes try to delete and recreate the job and try again.
