Backup Log – Operating system error = 1398

Hello, I back up log every two hours from 5:45am to 11:45pm by creating a Maintenance Job. Since 3 days ago, the job failed at 3:45, daily, with the error message of Operating system error = 1398(There is a time difference between the client and server.). For all other time, the backup runs successfully. Any ideas? Thanks!
But the job runs from server under the SQLAgent privileges, so checkup the SQLAgent log also for information and maint.plan log steps for detailed information. _________

main.plan log printed: Device error or device off-line. See the SQL Server error log for more details.
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]BACKUP LOG is terminating abnormally.
SQLAgent log printed: Executed as user: NEXTESTATE
ecsql. sqlmaint.exe failed. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 22029). The step failed.
After the job failed, I can ran the job manually with no problem. Thanks!

Take help from this KBAhttp://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=/servicedesks/bin/kbsearch.asp?Article=288577 to troubleshoot Maint.plans. _________
