Check whether Mscoree.dll is registered, if so try unregistering and re-register again. Satya SKJ

Hello, I also met the same error, when calling a .net com from SQLServer2005,
using sp_OACreate, and the error code is -2146232576. would you give me a favour to tell me how to do? thanks

Have you performed whatever suggested above? This behavior occurs if the Microsoft .NET Framework is not installed on the target computer. Applications and controls written for the .NET Framework require that it be installed on the computer on which the application or control runs. Satya SKJ

Is this an native .NET DLL or a wrapper?
I don’t know the details of your problem, but you may want to look at this KB article:

It seems like it might be directly related to your problem.
