Cannot Manage Triggers

Here is the problem I am having. In a SQL Database using T-SQL I can do anything I want with triggers however in the enterprise manager I cannot. Whenever you select the table | right click | all task | manage triggers the trigger property box does not display nor does it create an error message. I have checked the updates and patches. They are ok. SP3a (SQL-Server 2000)
I have reinstalled enterprise manager.
Any idea of what could cause this and any fixes? Thanks
Check the registration settings of the server in EM: under which account are you logging on to the server? This account probably does not have sufficient privileges.
I am logging on as the SA. It is running in mixed mode SQL/Windows authencation. I am logged onto the server as the administrator.
How about from other PC with EM?
