Change Collation

I want to change collation of the database
I got this error
"The database could not be exclusively locked to perform the operation" How can I fix It ? Help!
Check with SP_WHO and SP_WHO2 for the process that locked the database.
BTW, have you enabled the database in Single-user or DBO use only mode? _________
