Creating Linked Server to an Excel Sheet!

Hello,
Can anyone please tell me how to create a linked server to an Excel sheet on a MS-SQL 2000 server. I know I need to select "Microsoft Jet 4.0 OLE DB Provier" as Provider name, but I am not sure what to put in the 3 other fields "Product Name", "Data source", and "Provider String".
