When I record a counter log as a csv. in excel the percentage looks like this. 5594%
I tried to format the cell to 0 decimals but it still reads 5594% how do I make it read something like 55%. Basically what I want to know is some formating tips on these files to make sence out of them.

There is some problem with regional settings and cvs.
I suggest (I do this) import data in one sheet changing some settings (delimited, comma, advanced).
If something is wrong import again in other sheet changing settings. Finally I get one good sheet using cut and paste. The common problem I found is between date and others fields. When I get good numbers, date is wrong and viceverza. I know is no perfect, but it work.
