Cursors in 2005

<font face="Comic Sans MS">Has anyone experienced problems using cursors in SQL 2005. The initial talk was cursors would not be compatible in 2005. Is this still true?</font id="Comic Sans MS"><br /><br />Joe<img src=’/community/emoticons/emotion-1.gif’ alt=’:)‘ />
Really? Cursors are part of the ansi standard.
i think they meant the API Server cursors,
which are calls to SQL like sp_cursoropen etc i think the decision was to support in some kind of mode, possibly not performing as well
i think it is mentioned in some of the S2K5 blogs on the MS site
Thanks, Joe.
