database chaining

there is a stored procedure which refers to objects/tables across databases.
So we thought of using the database chaning, which offers the cross database ownership.
is there any document how we can setup this…

I did this in sqlserver 2005 ((Intel X86) on Windows NT with sp4. Microsoft SQL Server 2005 – 9.00.2047.00 (Intel X86)

So do i need to do any security tighten inthis system
