db2 and sql server 2000

how do i create linked server for DB2 running on AS400?
I have done a bit, but it shows the error,
‘could not locate registry entry for OLEDB Provider ‘DB2OLEDB’ ‘
please help me out

What is the version of driver used for DB2 connectivity?
