dbcc showcontig

Hello DBA’s I just wanted to know what might be the healthy signs of a database when you run dbcc showcontig to make sure it is free of fragmentation.
I know that we have to look for figures like the following, but I wanted to know what figure of these will indicate a healthy d/b Scan Density [Best Count:Actual Count
Logical Scan Fragmentation
Extent Scan Fragmentation Thanks
