Delayed write failure

Our SQL servers backup across a 1 gig network connection to a network area.
One server received a delayed write failure last night. Hunting around on the web, there was a patch for this for windows 2000, but this server is windows 2003. {Delayed Write Failed} Windows was unable to save all the data for the file DeviceLanmanRedirector. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this on windows 2003 server, sql 2000. Its the first time ive seen it Thanks
Haven’t seen it on 2003, only 2000. Might find something here:

Thanks satya, I did see this but it relates to windows 2000 and was fixed in a service pack (so presumably is a different cause to the one im having) Argyle: Useful looking site, thanks
