Determining the user.

I have a sqlserver database which has few tables. I have 7 users accessing those tables. All of them have administrative privileages on those tables. Someone has removed a filed from one of our tables. Is it possible to find out which sql-user has performed that activity. Does sql-server maintain logs for table related activities..Require your advises.
