The issue of disaster recover plans has come up before. Would anyone be interested in submitting their company’s disaster recover plans so that others can review them. I understand that some of them might contain proprietary information, but this specific information could be removed from the plans before they are published here. I think doing so would be very useful for other people. One option would be to publish them in the forum, another option would for me to publish them in the form of an article series on the website. I would also be willing to take current plans and rewrite them to make them generic (removing specific company information). What do you think about this, and who would be willing to contribute? —————————–

Hi, There are several DR architectures as business market. For example, 1st Financial bank and insurance company must construct very critical platform like SRDF(Symmetrix Remote Data Facility) of EMC and Cisco. If you can allow very much downtime like 1 days over, you just can set up w/ Vaulting solutions. I think, it’s the solution for you to make the best DRP by taking on-site seminar w/ solution company "VERITAS", "EMC", "CISCO" etc…Doing so, you can get the optimized your Disaster Recovery Plan. Sorry about taking so long, but I have finally posted on the website two SQL Server disaster recovery plans so kindly provided by two of our forum members. I have made them anonymous for obvious reasons. If you would like to contribute your disaster recovery plan for others to learn from, please contact me directly. —————————–
