DR plan

Hi Group, We have a separate distributor server. There are around 150 publications. We need a disaster recovery plan for this server. Whats the best way to script out every publication including replciation jobs and permissions and distribuition database. Thanks

You can do the scripts manually through SSMS…
OR you can use SQL dmo OR smo to automate scripting… http://www.replicationanswers.com/Script5.asp

If you are using SQL 2005 then SMO is best option, we are in process to develop such API that can take care of scripting as a first hand utility and as normal we use our DR plan template to test it to be assured. Satya SKJ
