dr Watson error

when i remotely connected to one of our production servers this morning i got this dr watson error message:
dtsrun.exe
Exception access violation(0xc0000005), Address: 0x41504e2c and i’m not sure what it means, can anyone help with this please?.
thanks in advance

What is the current Service pack level on both the servers including OS?
Try to connect the remote server repeatedly and if still problem persists, log a call to MS support.
ALso refer to SQLError log and event viewer for any information. _________

If you find out that you don’t have the latest OS SP and the latest SQL Server SP, then I suggest you install them on both servers, but if that doesn’t work, and as satya suggests, then you need to contact Microsoft. —————————–

Dr. watson error comes due to some memory exception issues. Check if there have been any changes in the configuration of the server since the package was last run. Also try running the package locally. Gaurav
