Error in opening SQL Server

Dear Friends, I am using sql Server 2005 standard edition…Due to some maintenance work I changed the IP Address range of DHCP.The DHCP server & Database server is on same machine. When I restarted the system…I am not able to start SQL Server using windows authentication mode or SQL server mode..Error is….. An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 – Could not open a connection to SQL Server) Please guide me what to do.
Thanks & regards,
Taher
