error on debug store procedure

when i could run the debuggind in the query analyzer for a store procedure the awnser was : Server: Msg 504, Level 16, State 1, Procedure sp_sdidebug, Line 1
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Unable to connect to debugger on HALL2003 (Error = 0x80040154). Ensure that client-side components, such as SQLDBREG.EXE, are installed and registered on VOX. Debugging disabled for connection 74. i find the program in the server, i ran it and don´t happend nothing…sommedoby help me
