File Group Changes

How do i place table and index objects which resides in same Primary Group to seperate User File Groups? How can i achieve this task through T-SQL statements instead of Enterprise Manager?
I can’t find the way to separate filegroups using Query Analyzer. Even BOL said: use EM.
Of course if you create a script with table you want to move, recreate in new filegroup and copy data, is possible, but I don’t reccomend to do that. BTW:Why you don’t want to use EM?
