FT PROPAGATOR is backround process which keeps track of row changes/modifications of fulltext indexed tables … there are three options 1.auto 2. manual 3. do not track changes May your configuration is auto which may cuase this blocking…change it to manual and see the difference… For more details read BOL topic "Fulltext index" subtitle "Change Tracking Based Population"
