Good way to move Master DB Log SQL 2000 Sp3a

Is there a better way to do this? I tried the instructions in Q224701. I can successfully move all the log file for the other system db’s, but when I do the master I get the following (Any help is appreciated):

Starting up database ‘master’.

2004-09-17 15:15:54.67
spid4 udopen: Operating system error 3(The system cannot find the path specified.) during the creation/opening of physical device .

2004-09-17 15:15:54.89
spid4 FCB:pen failed: Could not open device for virtual device number (VDN) 2.

2004-09-17 15:15:54.89
spid4 Error: 5105, Severity: 16, State: 4.
