how do I find EventClass friendly name

I stored my profiler trace in a table. The column EventClass has a numerical value. Where is the friendly name of this value stored? thanks all. it’s all good
What’s happening KingOfSQL,

Unfortunately I havn’t found a way map the id to the eventclass names programmatically, however you can look up sp_trace_setevent system stored procedure in BOL that will give you the names of these ids’. If you will be doing this a lot i recommend you build a small table with the values and there cooresponding names and map the id’s that way []
I agree with Lazy_DBA. I don’t remember whether Yukon still only shows Event Class or not. It should not be too hard for MS to include the EventClass Name.

Thanks Frank for the link. It sure would save KingOfSQL from a lot of coding [].

I also second to pcsql’s comment about MS not including the EventClass name, whats the big deal.
thank you for the timely response as always you folks rock! it’s all good
