How do you handle ERD’s?

I’m curious how you do your ERD’s for your databses. Assuming you have at least a separate development & production environment. When you make changes to development, do you have a separate ERD for development and another ERD for production, or do you just keep a production ERD? I’m curious how you handle this in your respective companies. Thanks -Dave
yes we do have two ERD’s. Otheriwse it will be difficult to support the production if you have one ERD —————————————-
