How to get data from backup file

Is it possible in SQL Server to get the data/records/information from the backup files(.bak) without restoring it.

No, it’s not possible. I don’t know of any 3rd party tools that’ll do this either.

As Thomas said, no. Can you explain a little more about what do you need?
