How to upgrade from SQL Server 6.5 to MSDE 2000?

I want to know how to upgrade SQL Server 6.5 to MSDE 2000. Is it just a straightforward installation? I only find information how to upgrade SQL Server 6.5 to SQL Server 2000 in MS website.

There is no such facility to upgrade SQl 6.5 to MSDe.
Do the upgrade from 6.5 to 2000 as usual and then take the database to use in MSDE 2000. Satya SKJ
