I keep getting this error with SQL Sp3a

Hi guys,
I keep getting this error message: "The description for Event ID ( 17055 ) in Source ( MSSQLSERVER ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: 19012, SuperSocket Info: Bind failed on TCP port 1433." I have check some of the forum article but it does not solve the problem. Can someone advise Akthar
