Installing Additional Components

I’ve found recently the server that I’m working with does not have SSIS installed and would like to install it. However, I cannot have downtime with the server. If I install the additional component as described in the method at the following link, will users be disconnected or would anything possibly happen to cause interruption?

Hi, To my knowledge, In any upgrade system don’t require to start sql service or server itself. Waqar. ________________________________________________
