installing & registering 3rd and 4th instance

Hi!
I have created 2 instance of sqlserver in a server group in my win 2003 machine.Now when i installed 3rd instance of server from CD.When i tried to register this new server its shows that server doesnot exist.what to do?where i am wrong..pls suggest

Here is the error im getting each time i want to register this new installed swlservr….
"SQL server doesnot exists or acess denied.[]connection.open[connect]]"
