Interesting error: AllowNullChange not specified

Hi, While Data Transfer from one DB to another I am getting following error:
AllowNullChange not specified but required for column pair 72(source column ‘posted’ (DBType_UI1)destination column ‘posted'(DBType_UI1)) I am unabe to make out what exactly this wants to convey. I have checked that value of column ‘posted’ is never null in my table. Ashish Johri
I searched this on Google and every where but cudn’t get resolution. <img src=’/community/emoticons/emotion-6.gif’ alt=’:(‘ /><br /><br />Ashish Johri
