Hi!
I have tried to deny the permission of db access for sa login by using EM.when i try to uncheck the northwind or any other db a alert box give infomation that database owner cannot be dropped..pls explain this.
Yes and you cannot drop SA from the SQL Server. Once again I suggest you to refer to the books online for more information based on your threads in this forum, I appreciate your interest in learning the subject with lots of questions. Satya SKJ

this is a basic, sa is default in SQl and Scott in Oracle.
