Is SQL SERVER 2000 SECURED ????

Please tell me that whether i an encrypt the whole sql database structure along with all its data as i have tries for triger and they can be encrypted but not so sure about others. Should i use Mysql or any other database so that the end user even by manupulating to enter into database should not understand any thing. Silicon Master
