Licence problem?

I successfully registered server but before registration
got this error message.what should i do?
"The maximum simultaneous user count of 1 licenses of this
‘Standard Edition’ server has been exceeded. Additional licenses should be obtained
and installed or you should upgrade to a full version
Go in control panel > Licencing > Sql Server and change the no. of licences to the licences purchased by you. Gaurav

Lisensing or SQL Server Licencing Setup?
Should i change to licence per processor instead of per set?
SQL Server licensing and adopt Per Seat.

How you need to setup your licensing depends on how you purchased the license. Check out the invoice for your software to see what type of license was purchased. —————————–

the mode is per server
licenses 0
I added 2 liceses but it didn’t help
Should i restart the box after changing amount of licenses?
